SUROVINY:
· Dusičnan amonný -čistý 94,5% (více v článku Chemikálie v rubrice ostatní)
· Rostlinný olej (-kuchyňský) 5,5%
· Případně: hliníkový prach, dichroman draselný
Používáme zde co nejvíce čistý dusičnan amonný a rostlinný olej kvůli tomu, aby DAP měla co nejnižší citlivost-celkem největší problémem DAP
VÝROBA:
Výroba je velice jednoduchá, spočívá jen v promísení složek. Čistý dusičnan amonný nadrtíme či rozemeleme na prášek. Následně nasypeme na plech a dáme do trouby na 100-120°C na 60-120minut. (záleží na množství) -pozor abychom to něj nespálili. Tímto jsme vysušili dusičnan amonný-větší citlivost.
Až dusičnan amonný vytáhneme z trouby rychle ale důkladně jej promícháme s olejem a nasypeme do PE sáčku (takové ty tužší) a táček pevně zauzlujeme aby nám to nenavlhlo. ( Právě spolu s olejem můžeme přidat dichroman draselný, který zvyšuje citlivost DAP, a nebo prachový hliník-jím docílíme spíš lepšího výbuchu.
SMĚSI:
Základní je dusičnan amonný 94,5% a olej 5,5%
Existuje mnoho druhů směsí, takže alespoň nějaké…
INICIACE(odpal)
Směsi DAP jsou totiž málo citlivé. S DAPkou můžete klidně topit v krbu, vyrábět po tunách, mlátit do ní palicí...... a nic se nestane (třeba narozdíl od HMTD-vysoce citlivé a nestabilní). S odpalem je tu právě problém. Takže pro odpal rozbuškou musíme mít co nejcitlivější DAP-tudíž musí platit toto:
· co nečistší dusičnan amonný
· co nejsušší dusičnan amonný
· jako palivo použijeme rostlinný olej (standardně a průmyslově to bývá nafta)
· přidáme hliník (viz dále v článku)
· "nepovinné" - přidáme dichroman draselný( špatně dostupný)
· minimální průměr nálože musí být 5cm => min 50g
· pracujeme co nejrychleji, aby nám dusičnan amonný nenavlhnul
Myslím že pokud splňuje nálož tyto podmínky, půjde odpálit 4gramovou HMTD.
